Blood of China Camellia ( botanical name - Camellia Japonica ) is evergreen and grows to a mature size of 10 feet tall by 6 feet wide. This shrub enjoys partial shade and provides complimentary fall color. The Camellia flowers in December to early spring with pink blooms. It normally has a medium drought tolerance and a slow growth rate when planted in zone 7-8.
