Yoshino Cherry ( botanical name - Prunus x yedoenis ) is deciduous and grows to a mature size of 35-45 feet tall by 30-40 feet wide. This understory tree enjoys sun and provides yellow to orange fall color. The Cherry flowers in spring with pale pink to white blooms. It normally has a medium drought tolerance and a medium growth rate when planted in zone 5b-8a.
