Howardii Ligustrum ( botanical name - Ligustrum Japonicum 'Howardi' ) is evergreen and grows to a mature size of 8 feet tall by 6 feet wide. This shrub enjoys partial shade and provides same fall color. The Ligustrum flowers in late spring with white blooms. It normally has a medium drought tolerance and a fast growth rate when planted in zone 6-10.
